This is amazing!
Not only can we see what the garden looks like from space BUT, my brother and family have decided to return to California! We've spent a great couple weeks helping them move, talking about new additions to the garden and just hanging out together. We are all so happy to be back together again! Hooray!

Impressive. Thanks for sharing. You inspire me to do something with the swath of land now scraped bare by the septic replacement guys. I've been trying to see the positive of 'Now I can plant something other than grass". but it's still a muddy mess.

Thank you! This new mandala garden in the vineyard (not our urban garden) is actually situated right above our septic tank so there won't be the option of planting any woody/deep-rooted plants in the area. We hope to border the mandala with herbs like thyme, sage, etc but we still have a lot of trial and error experimenting to do. Ours is still basically a manuer covered piece of ground waiting for irrigation and fall plantings.
